Way Down South Animal Art
The students will absolutely love to see these on a flannel board or large poster board to go along with Way Down South book. Adapted by Rozanne Lanczak Williams (Creative Teaching Press, Inc.) Place velcro rounds on the foot of the four large animals and the rounds on the back of each laminated smaller animal.
The smaller animal steps on the foot of a larger animal and the students can chant....."pick on someone your own size." This book can open up a discussion about bullying. Recommended for grades PreK- 1st grade Reading Level.
